It means I’m not just a fancy-pants creative. It means I’m a thinker, too … you know, in all things design. Solving problems.

Pretty or not, things need to work. I tone down noise and add clarity. But let’s not short-change aesthetics. That matters. So I also try to make everything a little bit more awesome than it has to be, because if people are gonna spend their time on something, they should feel good about it … it’s good business.
